How to add furniture from a product link to your room
Import a furniture product link or screenshot, check its dimensions and compare the original photo inside Home Studio.
Find the specific product and variant
Open the seller’s page for the exact sofa, bed, table or other supported furniture item you are considering. Choose the correct size and variant first. A product family or bundle page may describe several different items, which makes its measurements ambiguous.
Paste the link or use a screenshot
Choose Add from product link in the furniture library and run the analysis. Some shops block automated requests. If a page cannot be read, upload a screenshot showing the product and printed dimensions, paste its description, or enter the dimensions and photo manually.
Review the extracted details
Check the brand, model, furniture type and overall dimensions before adding the item. Complete missing fields using information from the seller. Do not estimate dimensions from a photograph. For beds, distinguish frame dimensions from mattress dimensions; for sectionals, check the total footprint.
Compare the model with the original photo
Imported products appear in their own library section. Open the original product photo inside Home Studio to compare appearance while working on the layout. The 3D item is an approximate category model scaled to the dimensions you confirm, not an exact reconstruction of upholstery or details.
Place it and compare alternatives
Move and rotate the furniture, check nearby clearances and compare layouts A and B. Reusing an already imported item does not require another AI analysis. Reading a product successfully uses one AI credit under the current plan; manually entering its details does not.
